Join Maggie Nation and her box of tools as she shows you new ways to roll out and work out your muscles to prevent injuries and help rehab existing injuries. Maggie will show you specific techniques with balls, peanuts, and foam rollers to unwind and release muscle trigger points and fascial adhesions. These techniques can help you keep your muscles happy and aid in injury recovery.
