Classes sessions can be used for any class on the schedule and expire 12 months from purchase.

These sessions are not classes, but are unsupervised studio time made available to you to practice or rehearse your own moves on the pole or lyra. This is for students to work on what they’ve been learning in class.
20 Sessions - $140

Private studio rentals for your own practice. You may share these with a friend.
1 Hour Rental - $30

All contract holders agree to the following
4-month minimum commitment required. After 4 months, your membership will convert to a month-to-month plan at the current rate. Membership commences on the date of sign up and amount will be charged on that date of the month, each month, unless otherwise noted.
Membership may be cancelled following the 4 month commitment period with a minimum of 30 days' notice by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Class Package Expiration:
Class credits for our Membership Clubs expire five weeks from the date of each auto-pay.
Class packages may be used towards any class on the schedule. You may use your package to enroll in any class on the schedule (excluding Open Pole/Open Lyra). Classes can be used for In House Workshops, but not Guest Workshops.
In the event of a Membership Termination or Cancellation all unused credits shall be forfeited 30 days from the date of notice. In the event of a Membership Downgrade, all remaining credits will be forfeited effective on the date that the downgrade occurs.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for classes
As long as you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class or wait list, you will not lose that class. Cancelling within the 12 hours will result in loss of a class from your package or a $10 cancellation fee for those with Unlimited packages. Absence from a class will be treated as a late cancel and will also result in loss of a class from your package, or the $10 fee for Unlimited packages.
Should we need to cancel your class, we will do so at least 12 hours in advance in order to minimize inconvenience. You will receive an automated email to the address listed in your MindBody account, at the time of cancellation. To ensure you have the latest information, please make sure you check your email or our class schedule within that 12 hour window. If we cancel your class, that class will be returned to your package and you can use it to register for another class.
We do have a class minimum of 2 students required for the class to be held. If there are no enrollments the day a class is to be held, the class may be cancelled within the 12 hour window.
Open Pole/Open Lyra Cancellations. As long as you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled Open Pole/Lyra, you will not lose that session. Cancelling within the 2 hours will result in loss of a class from your package or a $3 cancellation fee for those with Unlimited packages. Absence from a session will be treated as a late cancel and will also result in loss of a class from your package, or the $3 fee for Unlimited packages.
Membership suspension is allowed for medical reasons only except as stated below. Medical suspensions are limited to up to a two (2) month period and require written recommendation from a medical professional.
After 3 consecutive months, each member is allowed 1 single month Non-Medical suspension per membership year. The fee for any Non-Medical suspension is $15.00 per month, due on the same day your auto-pay normally draws.
We ask for 7 days notice for any suspension requests or we cannot guarantee it will be processed before the next auto-draw.
To be eligible for one of our Memberships, a valid credit card is required. All memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month to month. Failure to pay for the current month (due to insufficient funds, lost or stolen cards, or other circumstances) will render your membership inactive until payment has been reestablished. You will not be allowed into class until your account is current.
Pricing and Scheduling changes
Membership prices are subject to change. In the event of a membership price increase, members will be notified via email. They will be notified one month or more prior to the change with the opportunity to submit a 30 day written cancellation or change notice.
